Giardini di Mirò is a post-rock band based in Reggio Emilia, Italy, formed in 1998 and comprised of: Jukka Reverberi, Lorenzo Lanzi, Mirko Venturelli, Luca Di Mira, and Corrado Nuccini. Broken by is a single taken from their 2007 album, entitled Dividing Opinions and released for Homesleep Records. The music video, a contest winner on Qoob, has been directed by Lorenzo Sportiello. That is cool
Horrible… A film about a horrible thing can be shot very masterfully and professionally (heck, it could be even creative), but there cannot be any beauty in that.
By the way, this IS one of the most shocking and sad clips I’ve ever seen in my life. As a man, I cannot witness a violence act towards a woman, especially under the circumstances presented in the clip…
Well, it’s supposed to be shocking; and, I guess we should define what we mean by “beauty”.
As for the circumstances, I can think of many which would make the video unbearably worst, to the point that I would not want to see anymore else from the same director. But once again, that would be a matter of opinion.
