"This is the story of Shiva and the Hunter. The Hunter went out to the forest one day in search of game when a tiger suddenly forced him up a tree. "In order to stay awake he plucked the leaves from the tree which, by chance, pleased Shiva who was fond of that particular leaf. "The god replaced the tiger offering both salvation and enlightenment to the previously unfortunate hunter." "Per stare sveglio, stacca le foglie dall'albero, ed in tal modo appaga, fortuitamente, Shiva, che era particolarmente fiero di una certa foglia. "Il dio manda via la tigre, offrendo sia la salvezza che l'illuminazione allo sfortunato (fino a quel momento) cacciatore."
