| I was looking for my post on this short and… well, for some reason I never made one. Well, actually I’m doing one now, so it’s not exactly never. It’s kind of never before now. Uhm, enough with paradoxes.
Marcel is the bad guy in a fantasy video game. Sick of his job, he quits and goes looking for a new one. But it’s not easy with a face like that… Mauvais Rôle is a short movie made by a team of several students of the ESRA Sup’ Infograph. The authors: Alan Barbier, Camille Campion, Dorian Février, Frédéric Fourier, Frédéric Lafay, Min Ma, Jean Francois Macé, Emmanuel Repérant, Jérémie Rosseau and Olivier Sicot. Sound artists: Guillaume Bertrand, Florian Monchatre, Laetitia Virloup. Live footage by: Floren Bianchi, Yoann Gannor, Yann Le Cornec. Our French pal T. says: “there’s a play on words in the title “Mauvais role”. It actually means two things in French: to have a bad character (in a movie, a theatrical play) and to be considered as a bad person (in life).” |
Cercavo il mio post su questo corto e… beh, in effetti non l’ho mai postato. Cioè, lo sto postando in questo momento, per cui non è proprio mai mai. Più un mai prima d’adesso. Ok, basta coi paradossi.
Marcel è il cattivo di un videogioco fantasy. Stanco del suo lavoro, si licenzia e va alla ricerca di un nuovo impiego. Ma non è facile quando hai quella faccia… Mauvais Rôle è un cortometraggio realizzato da un nutrito gruppo di studenti della ESRA Sup’ Infograph. Just to inform all non-French comers, ther’s a play on words in the title “MAUVAIS ROLE”
It actually means 2 things in French: to have a bad character (in a movie, a theatrical play) and to be considered as a bad person (in life).
