I’ve had another account deleted, and I’m tired of reuploading the same stuff over and over. (EDIT: Not a Dreamhost account. I’m actually thinking of migrating all my stuff to Dreamhost!) Mi è stato cancellato l’ennesimo account, e mi sono scocciato di caricare sempre la stessa roba. (EDIT: Non un account Dreamhost. In realtà pensavo proprio di miglrare verso Dreamhost!) I’ve been using dreamhost for almost 5 months now and it’s served me more than well. I like how much cheaper than other hosts it is (and I do mean *incredibly* cheap. BTW, I suggest you check this out). I’ve had no problems with it so far. The only time I requested technical support I got my problem solved in less than 15 minutes, which was surprising, to say the least (especially because I live in a weird timezone). I cannot complain about servers uptime and response times, they never seem to fail me and are usually blazing fast.
Accessing and maintaining my sites has also gotten incredibly easier, having SSH access to the server is simply perfect. The people at dreamhost also install all software you’ll ever need at the server, like emacs, ffmpeg…
On the other hand, I can say that I came from geekhosting before migrating to dreamhost and I recommend that you stay away from it. It is the complete opposite of dreamhost: expensive, slow , etc.
Did you really have an account deleted? It seems like a drag. Did you contact them already? Makes me wonder whether today is a good day to backup my dbs and stuff…!
Finally: no, I don’t work for them nor do they pay me to say stuff like this! :D
PS: I just noticed that you seem to have an account at blogspot deleted, not dreamhost!… er…

Keep us informed about dreamhost. With only 500mb of storage on my server I start to running in red myself.
Well, the activation has been faster than light.
