JEAN-PIERRE JEUNET – Foutaises

Foutaises (Rubbish) is a “nostalgic catalog of the pleasures of life”. And this short can surely be in the list.

Directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet (Delicatessen, Amelie, Alien 4), the movie comes in form of a monologue about “Things i like, things I don’t like”, enacted by Dominique Pinon (Delicatessen, Amelie, Alien 4). As you may know, Jeunet used something similar in Amelie.

The music has been composed by Carlos D’Alessio, who also worked with the director on Delicatessen.

You may also want to look at the latest product from the Jeunet-Pinon duo: Human Suit, a promo for Sci-Fi Channel starring Dominique Pinon and directed by Albert Kodagolian.

 Foutaises (sciocchezze) è un “catalogo nostalgico dei piaceri della vita”. E questo corto potrebbe far parte della lista.

Diretto da Jean-Pierre Jeunet (Delicatessen, Amelie, Alien 4), il film ha la forma di un monologo su “le cose che mi piacciono, le cose che no”, recitato da Dominique Pinon (Delicatessen, Amelie, Alien 4). Come forse saprete, Jeunet ha usato un trucco simile in Amelie.

Le musiche sono state composte da Carlos D’Alessio, che ha anche lavorato col regista in Delicatessen.
