Blue Tongue Films was formed in 1996 by Nash Edgerton, Kieran Darcy Smith, Joel Edgerton and Tony Lynch, following the success of their first short film, Loaded.

The closing theme is Mourning Rain by The Sleepy Jackson. Nash also did the video for a song of the band, Good Dancers.
