Broadcast is a Birmingham duo (formerly a quartet) formed by Trish Kennan and James Cargill, making “radiophonic psychedelia with a sinister, spy movie swing…” Tender Buttons is their new album, released in September 2005 for Warp Records, “a striking personal diary and a powerful sonic imprint of two peoples lives.” And it is also the name of this song, obviously… The video is directed by Ramon Bloomberg, member of the WildFist film production company. |
